Authentic, English speaking Pilates studio in the heart of Buda. At our boutique style studio Pilates is not just exercise. It is a method that supports injury recovery, improves posture, enhances mobility and builds lasting strength. It is also an effective cross training practice for activities like running, weightlifting and team sports, and is highly beneficial for pre and postnatal clients due to its low-impact, core focused approach.

    Small Pilates History:
    The Pilates method was founded by Joseph Hubertus Pilates in the 1920’s. He was born in Germany, had a lot of health problems as a child and so developed a strong desire to heal himself and also other. Later, in the aftermath of World War I, Joseph Pilates began exploring the relationship between physical and mental health. Through his work as a nurse he developed a system of exercises to help injured soldiers regain strength and mobility. This system, called Cotrology that time, formed the basis of what we know now as the Pilates method. He moved to New York in the early 1930’s with his wife and opened his first studio where he trained dancers, and people from all walks of life. Pilates was designed to promote functional and sustainable movement patterns, with a strong focus on deep core strength. By combining controlled breathwork with precise movement, Pilates engages both the smaller stabilising muscles and the primary movers of the body.

Our private Pilates sessions offer personalised one- on –one attention tailored your individual needs and goals. These sessions are perfect for those who are looking for individualised guidance, have specific goals or need to address particular physical concerns. Whether you are just starting your fitness jorney, returning to exercise or recovering from an injury, our private Pilates sessions are designed to support you.

Duo session

If you wish to spend quality time with your kid, partner, mother , father, or a friend, come and try our duo classes. You still get those personalised attention, while have a great feeling to train together.

Private workout room

For those who wish to train with weights, trx, resistance bands and other accesories, we offer a private workout room. Ideal if you want to avoid a crowded gym. Here you don’t have to wait for the machines, you can train alone or have a quality time with someone. And if you need personal training with a professional, one of our trainers would be happy to give you guidance.

In our separate room, you can also train with weights! In addition to dumbbells, you can also use the versatile Smith machine that trains all muscle groups.
The Smith machine is a new tool for conscious training.
